Ⅱ.The Development of Corporate Culture and System
SZCCZS’s outstanding achievement in these two decades should attribute to the cultural development. The Cultural Regulations drew up personally by our Board Chairman—Zhang Chaoxuan, highly summarizes the SZCCZS’s culture. The leaders in SZCCZS are good at summarizing and creating our conceptions continuously during the long period’s practice, and to sublimate them as our management conceptions for guiding the practice. We seriously combine the experiential management with scientific and cultural management and organically form the SZCCZS’s Management Regulations, including culture, system, and standard, and the 3 management steps of “plan in advance”, “control in the process”, “conclude afterward”, as well as the 3 controlled processes of quality, cost, and fund management. The headquarters and projects department have basically realized the procedure, systematization and standardization in management.

Ⅲ. Qualification and Honor
SZCCZS Company is a double-top enterprise (in design and construction) which had been authenticated by the International Management System of ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSASI8001. From 1996 to 2005, the company was assessed as the AAA Level Credit Enterprise by Chinese authoritative departments, and was evaluated as the “Model of the Credit Enterprise in Construction in China” by the National Leading Enterprise in 2004. Up to now, 10 decorative projects have been awarded the top prize—the Luban Award. In addition, more than 100 projects have obtained the “Excellent Projects Award” of Guangdong Province and Shenzhen City. And 16 decoration projects are awarded the Decoration Prize, the Science and Technology Prize for the national architectural projects by the Chinese Architecture and Decoration Association. From 2002 to 2005, SZCCZS was given the titles of one of the 100 top companies in Chinese Architecture and Decoration Industry by the Chinese Architecture and Decoration Association, and the Leading Enterprise by the Chinese Decoration Association in 2005. From 2004 to 2005, our Board Chairman—Zhang Chaoxuan was awarded the title of Excellent Entrepreneur and one of the ten most well-known persons in architectural industry for 2 years. From 2004 to 2005, SZCCZS was commended as the best enterprise in hotel’s architecture and decoration by the Chinese Hotel Association (only 9 companies were selected in 2004 and 3 companies in 2005, while SZCCZS ranked the top twice). Additionally, in 2004, the Jinling International Hotel in Huafang, Zhangjiagang and the Sofitel Wanda Hotel Chengdu, which ranked the first and the second respectively among the 21 selected works, were assessed as the best indoor hotel designs in China.
