In 2005, our company was evaluated as the most influential IAID Architectural and Decorative Designing Institute by the Chinese Decoration Association and the organizing committee of the 2005 Beijing International Architectural and Decorative Design Summit, and obtained four prizes in hotel, commerce, office and hospital’s architecture and decoration. In 2005, our achievement went on with the most influential and well-known brand in Shenzhen, as well as one of the most ten influential brands in Chinese Decoration Industry. Entitled the title of "Shenzhen 100 Top Enterprises" in 2006.

Ⅳ. Representative Achievement
In 2001,Crown Plaza Hotel Resorts, the first five-star theme hotel in Shenzhen, was designed and decorated exclusively by us, which sets the precedent of contracting and constructing a five-star hotel exclusively by one contractor, as well as makes a model for the decoration of Chinese hotels. (Among them, the Crown Plaza Hotel Resorts, was rewarded with one of the ten most popular business hotels in China in 2004.)

In 2002, depending on the brand effect of SZCCZS and Crown Plaza Hotel Resorts, 8 decoration projects for Five-Star hotels were contracted by us, 3 of which associate with Cheungshing's exclusive design and contract (the decorative surface area is up to 140,000 square meters).In this year, the rate of winning bids for Five-Star hotel's projects achieved 100%, set the precedent in the Chinese decoration history.

In 2004, the landmark in Shenzhen City--Shenzhen International Chamber of Commerce Center (a first-rate luxurious commercial office building covering 130,000 square meters with 58 floors) was exclusively decorated by Cheungshing. The phase I project of China Resources Group's MiXc, a ncomprehensive architectural cluster with 550,000 square meters, was contracted by us. We also designed and constructed Beijing Jinbao Clubhouse and Xiamen Sofitel Wenya Hotel, both of them are five-star hotel and with the contract value more than 100 million.

In 2005, the charm of SZCCZS's brand was confirmed once more by obtaining bids for 13 quite influential Five-Star hotels' decoration projects.

In 2006, three top five-star hotels in Shenzhen-Overseas Chinese Town Intercontinental, Great China Sheraton Hotel, and Interlaken OCT Hotel Shenzhen were decorated by us. Our company also contracted two international top five-star hotels --Guangzhou R&F Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Grand Hyatt Hotel together with Yantai Nanwang Valley Junding Hotel (five-star). We also exclusively designed and constructed the decoration of Shanghai Hongan Switzerland Hotel (five-star).

Our achievement sources from SZCCZS's culture and the enterprise's strategy, namely, “Customer first, focus on making the high-quality decoration project, follow our footstep on brand strategy; create a harmonious, win-win situation and an 100-year enterprise”.
